Erica Bogdanowitz is a highly qualified and well-developed Portfolio Manager with extensive experience and progressive growth in directing all aspects of property management. She has over 16 years working in the property management arena with a proven track record of solid expertise in providing independent, hands-on leadership management to the residential, commercial, and apartment sectors of property management.
Erica began her career in property management in 2002 working for a real estate investment trust in San Diego. She rose through the company to become an area manager overseeing over 1000 apartment units. She accepted a career advancement opportunity in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in 2004, where she maintained a portfolio of 18 properties comprised of nearly 800 single family homes, condominiums, and commercial properties. In 2008, she was promoted to Vice President of Association Services, Inc., a subsidiary company of Associa, servicing over 100 properties. Erica joined Ravenel Associates in 2012 and has successfully maintained a large mix of residential and commercial properties. She specializes in all aspects of property management to include extensive knowledge of infrastructure analysis, implementing short and long term capital reserve schedules, contract negotiations, and historical budget trending, while building and maintaining relationships with clients, owners, tenants, and service providers. In 2008, she was awarded the Diamond Leadership Award with Associa. She has continued to excel with Ravenel Associates as a company ambassador and one of its top tier managers managing luxury real estate on Kiawah Island, including the tallest building on the island.
Erica attended Missouri Western State College. She currently holds her Professional Community Association Manager (P.C.A.M.), Certified Manager of Community Associations (C.M.C.A.), and Association Manager Specialist (A.M.S.) accreditation through the Community Association Institute. In her spare time she enjoys being active, traveling, and spending time with her daughter.
