Carnevale began his career in real estate in 1971 in Greenville, SC with Ewing-Hungiville Realty and Construction and was involved with the development, leasing, and management of 800,000 square feet of office space. In the late 70’s he moved his family to Charleston because he had always wanted to live in the Lowcountry. Shortly after arriving, he went to work with Joe Griffith, Inc in their commercial division.
