Southend Brewery is set to become Lagunitas TapRoom & Beer Sanctuary, which will offer small batch beers brewed in the existing 10-barrel brewhouse. According to their website, the new TapRoom will make available the two floors of event space to local non-profits for their fundraising efforts.
